We will go through with you your current lifestyle and eating regimens so that you can understand the true cause of your excess weight. We will explain how what you are currently doing has led to your current weight and how your body responds hormonally to what you feed it.
CHANGE
We will outline the steps you need to take to achieve your weight loss goal and, reviewing your blood tests (optional unless you have diabetes) and measurements, we will monitor your progress.
